- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Protein powder
- 4 cup Mix of granola/ mixed nuts
- 1 dash Optional)oatmeal, coconut flakes, Chocolate chips
Directions

1Line 8x8 pan with foil or parchment paper

2Mix peanut butter and honey, put in microwave 1 min.

3Stir then microwave 30 more seconds.

4Whisk water and protein powder, stir in peanut butter mix and granola mix/ anything else.

5Spread evenly in pan and chill for 1 hour.
