Ingredients

  • 3 yellow squash
  • 3 zucchini squash
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Precook squash and onion until just tender.
  2. 2
    Stir in 1 can undiluted mushroom soup, 2 eggs, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

    Put in oiled casserole dish and bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.

    Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.

    Return to oven to melt cheese and brown crumbs.
