- 3 yellow squash
- 3 zucchini squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Precook squash and onion until just tender.

2Stir in 1 can undiluted mushroom soup, 2 eggs, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

3Put in oiled casserole dish and bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.

4Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.

5Return to oven to melt cheese and brown crumbs.
