  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt

Directions

  1. 1
Drizzle the olive oil into the bottom of your crock pot and then toss in the onion and garlic.
  2. 2
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic powder and then rub it onto the pork shoulder.
  3. 3
Place the seasoned pork shoulder on top of the onion and garlic and then just pour on the BBQ Sauce, no need to stir anything.
  4. 4
Put your crock pot on the low setting and cook the shoulder for just about eight hours, or until it can be easily broken apart with a fork.
  5. 5
    Serve as desired.
  6. 6
*Just a side note, the pork shoulder may look a little burnt during the last hour or so of cooking time, but this is not the indication that it is done, and it is OK if this happens.
