  • 4 cups French bread cubes (1 inch)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 16 KRAFT Caramels
  • 1 Tbsp. water

    Place bread cubes in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.

    Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.

    Pour evenly over bread; sprinkle with chocolate.

    Microwave caramels and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
