- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 16 KRAFT Caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water

3Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
