Easy Pumpkin Mousse

  • 1- 1/2 cup Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt (I Use Yoplait's Light Vanilla)
  • 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree

Directions

    Combine ingredients well, then refrigerate.

    I like to mix it with quick-cooking oats (uncooked).

    Combine the pumpkin mousse and oats well, then let sit for 15 minutes in the fridge.

    I also like to add it on pancakes, but it tastes just as good by itself.
