  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ginger
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells

Directions

    Beat together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and the two eggs, until smooth.

    Add 1 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1/2 nutmeg, mix together until smooth and well blended.

    Pour pie mixture into a 9-inch - deep dish pie shell.

    Preheat the oven to 425.

    Bake the pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350 for 25-30 minute or until knife inserted int he center come out clean.

    Cool before cuttting.

    Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
