Easy Pumpkin Pudding Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix (for 2 layer cake)
  • 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream sherry wine
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; blend well with electric mixer at medium speed.

    Beat for 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased bundt pan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven 55 minutes or until cake test done.

    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.

    Sprinkle with powder sugar before serving.
