Easy Pumpkin Pudding Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix (for 2 layer cake)
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream sherry wine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large bowl; blend well with electric mixer at medium speed.

2Beat for 4 minutes.

3Pour into greased bundt pan.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven 55 minutes or until cake test done.

5Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.

6Sprinkle with powder sugar before serving.
