- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Beat cream lightly, not stiff.

2Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat again.

3Fold cream into egg mixture.

4Sift flour 3 times and add gradually to mixture.

5Add flavoring.

6Bake in angel cake tin at 325° for 40 minutes.

7Serve with fresh fruit.
