  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half milk/cream
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
