  • 1 blade chuck roast
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 can mushrooms (4 oz.) with liquid
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 small onions, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 2 to 4 diced potatoes

Directions

    Trim fat from blade chuck roast.

    Put into Corning Ware pot. Add remaining ingredients.

    Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325° to 350°.
