Easy Roast Beef

  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 whole (about 5-pound Size Or Enough For 10 Servings) Top Or Bottom Round Cut Of Beef

Directions

    Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.

    In a large saucepan, pour in all the cans of soup.

    Then add your entire cut of beef, uncut.
  4. 4
    Cook with the lid on for 2 hours.

    Remove from the oven.

    Cut beef on a cutting board into approximately 3-ounce pieces.
  7. 7
    Add beef back into the sauce, put the lid back on, and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours.

    Then take the lid off and let it cook uncovered for 15 minutes.

    Then take out of the oven and enjoy over penne or spagetti noodles, or my favorite, mashed potatoes.
