- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's French Onion Soup
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 whole (about 5-pound Size Or Enough For 10 Servings) Top Or Bottom Round Cut Of Beef
Directions

1Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.

2In a large saucepan, pour in all the cans of soup.

3Then add your entire cut of beef, uncut.

4Cook with the lid on for 2 hours.

5Remove from the oven.

6Cut beef on a cutting board into approximately 3-ounce pieces.

7Add beef back into the sauce, put the lid back on, and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours.

8Then take the lid off and let it cook uncovered for 15 minutes.

9Then take out of the oven and enjoy over penne or spagetti noodles, or my favorite, mashed potatoes.
