- 3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. buttermilk (lukewarm)
- 4 tsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2Put flour in large bowl and add rest of ingredients.

3Knead and roll out to about 1/4-inch and cut with biscuit cutter.

4Dip in melted butter and fold.

5Let rise 45 minutes and bake at 450° until brown.
