Easy Sauteed Chicken

- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. white cooking wine
- 1/4 q. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, sliced
- flour or other fried chicken coating (e.g., Fry Magic)
- 1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- parsley
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Fry chicken using desired coating, do not overcook.

2Season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder, drain remaining oil from pan.

3Add wine, broth, mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Sprinkle chicken with grated cheese and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Serve with noodles.
