- 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 3 green onions with tops, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute vegetables and garlic in butter 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2Stir in oregano, salt and pepper.

3Yields 2 to 4 servings.
