- 2 c. instant potato flakes
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryers, cut up
Directions

1Combine first 4 items.

2Melt butter with the tarragon.

3Add lemon juice.

4Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture.

5Roll in potato flake mixture.

6Place skin side up in shallow pan so pieces do not touch.

7Bake in 350° oven until tender (about 1 1/2 hours). Serves 4 to 6.
