Easy Sesame Chicken

  • 2 c. instant potato flakes
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryers, cut up

    Combine first 4 items.

    Melt butter with the tarragon.

    Add lemon juice.

    Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture.

    Roll in potato flake mixture.

    Place skin side up in shallow pan so pieces do not touch.

    Bake in 350° oven until tender (about 1 1/2 hours). Serves 4 to 6.
