  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 4 OSCAR MAYER Smokies, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add potatoes and Smokie Links; cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring occasionally.

    Mix eggs, milk and mustard in small bowl; pour evenly over potatoes and Smokie Links.

    Cover.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Cook 8 minutes or until eggs are set.
