  • 4 lb beef roast
  • 1 packages dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 4 beef bullion cubes

    preheat oven to 250

    place thawed beef roast in dish with a cover for it.

    let beef bullion cubes dissolve in the cup and a half of water (approximately 30 min room temp water to dissolve)

    after cubes have dissolved in the water take the dry onion soup mix and spread entire package over beef roast.

    dump beef bullion water over roast.

    cover and place in oven for 8-10 hours depending on how stringy you want it.

    remove from oven and serve or shred into a crock pot for hot beef sandwiches!
