Easy Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. mixed Italian seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices Velveeta
Directions

1Brown ground beef in olive oil with onions, garlic, Italian seasoning and bay leaves.

2When done, remove from heat, remove and discard bay leaves.

3Let cool while cooking spaghetti.

4Drain spaghetti, add to beef mixture along with evaporated milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

5Mix well.

6Turn into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan which has been greased or sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with Velveeta.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
