Easy Spanish Meatballs

- 1 can Spanish rice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix rice with ground chuck.

2Add egg, salt and pepper.

3Shape into small round balls.

4Cook 40 minutes at 350°.

5While baking, combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar in a saucepan, then heat 20 minutes, stirring well.

6When meatballs are done, cover with sauce and serve hot.
