- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1 lb. (4 c.) pecan halves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white slightly; add water.

2Beat until frothy, but not stiff.

3Pour over pecans in a large bowl, stirring until nuts are coated.

4Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.

5Sprinkle over pecans; mix well.

6Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered pan.

7Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

8Stir once or twice while baking.

9Makes about 6 cups.
