Easy Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

3Grease a 2-quart souffle dish.

4In a saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour, onion, salt, nutmeg and pepper;
