  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

    In a saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour, onion, salt, nutmeg and pepper;
