  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine or 3/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. warm water with 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix water, sugar, egg, margarine, flour and yeast.

    Beat well. Pour into muffin pan.

    Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
