- spring roll pastry
- chinese cabbage
- carrots
- onions Fresh or dry
- garlic Fresh or Powder
- salt
- black pepper
- ginger
- sweet and sour sauce
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions

1-Prepare the filling by shredding the cabbage, grating the carrots, adding the ingredients and mixing well. -At this point, you may cook the filling or leave it raw. I just did not cook it, it was soft enough to fill. -Wrap the spring roll squares in a cigar shape around the filling -When you are done with the filling, heat up the oil, fry the Spring Rolls, this should take couple of minutes until golden color.

2Set aside on paper towel to drain the extra oil. Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice.
