- 3 c. cut-up fruit (apples, cherries, peaches or blueberries)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Arrange fruit in 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.

3Sift remaining dry ingredients in bowl.

4Add oil, milk and egg and stir with a fork until blended.

5Drop batter over fruit and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
