Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 can squash
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses

Directions

    Mix all in blender.

    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell and bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean like custard.

    I like to serve it very cold with Cool Whip in the summer.
