  • 25 saltine crackers, finely crushed

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, divided
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup oil, divided
  • 4 boneless beef sirloin steaks (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced seeded cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

    Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the peanuts and 2 Tbsp.

    of the cilantro in shallow dish or pie plate.

    Dip steak in eggs, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each steak with the crumb mixture.
