  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided

    Beat cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.

    Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add cold water; stir until slightly thickened.

    Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating after each addition until well blended.

    Gently stir in berries and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.

    Spoon into 10 dessert dishes.
