- 1 pkg. Spanish Rice-A-Roni, prepared as directed
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 4 large or 6 small green peppers, cut off tops and clean out inside, then parboiled
Directions

1Mix cooked rice and ground beef.

2Place green peppers in casserole dish and fill with rice mixture.

3Fill in casserole with the rest of the mixture.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
