  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (about 14 Oz. Size) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce, If Desired
  • Chopped Tomato, If Desired

Directions

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray or use a cast iron skillet.

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, then drain.

    Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.

    While ground beef mixture is cooking, unroll pizza crust and place into pie pan or skillet, pressing over the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form a crust.

    Spoon meat mixture into crust.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake for 2224 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

    Garnish with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
