- 7 lb. pork shoulder roast
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 bottle chili powder
- 1 (28 oz.) can Las Palmas chili sauce
- 1/2 can water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- corn husks and masa
Directions

1Boil pork until meat shreds off bone (several hours).

2Place flour in large frypan and brown.

3Remove from heat and let cool approximately 20 minutes.

4Add chili powder.

5Mix in chili sauce and garlic.

6Mix until smooth.

7Add water and salt and simmer 5 minutes over low heat.

8Add shredded meat and simmer 10 minutes.
