  • 1 cup Imported Black Olives, Like Kalamata Or Nicoise
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers, Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Anchovies
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Toasted Baguette Slices Or Pita Triangles, To Serve

    Combine olives, capers, garlic and anchovies in the bowl of a food processor.

    Pulse three times to chop the mixture a bit.

    Sprinkle black pepper over the mixture and drizzle on olive oil.

    Pulse again two to three times until mixture is coarse.
