Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.

    Mix next 4 ingredients together in a plastic bag and coat potatoes completely.

    Melt margarine in large pan (9 x 13-inch).

    Dip potatoes in melted margarine and place in pan.
  5. 5
    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
  6. 6
    Turn potatoes and bake another 20 minutes.
  7. 7
    Serve with baked beans and fried chicken.
