  • 2/3 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 rounded c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Drop on cookie sheet 1 teaspoon at a time.

    Press with fingers real thin.

    Bake at 325° until golden brown around edge.

    Remove from oven and let cool about 2 minutes.

    Lift from cookie sheet.
