Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup white rice
- tortilla
- cheddar cheese, for topping
- salsa, for topping
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes.

2Begin cooking chicken in large skillet.

3Boil 2 cups of water and add rice.

4Once chicken is done add 1/2 cup of water to skillet and begin adding your seasoning packets.

5Reduce heat and let simmer.

6Add in can of black beans, drained and corn drained into skillet, heat through.

7Once rice is finished add it to the skillet with the rest of the ingredients.

8Stuff tortillas with the filling, add cheddar cheese and salsa if desired.
