  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped cream
  • shaved sweet chocolate

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold in crackers, chopped nuts, baking powder and vanilla.

    Bake in greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Top with whipped cream and shaved sweet chocolate or vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
