- 1/2 lb raw green peanuts
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 boiling water
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1In a pot add bay leaf, and peanuts shell and all.

2Cover with salty, boiling water bring back to a boil then simmer.

3Add water as needed.

4Simmer at least 4 hours, adding water as needed.

5after 2 hours taste water.

6It needs to taste salty.

7Adjustments need to be made.

8Stir occasionally.

9I boiled mine for 9 hours.

10When you think they are done taste test one.

11They should not be crunchy, nor sould they be like mush.

13These can be done in big batches and then freeze.

14To reheat use a microwave or crockpot!
