- 18 ladyfingers, split
- 1/2 c. strawberry preserves
- 1/4 c. dry sherry, Port or brandy
- 3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff
- 3/4 c. dairy eggnog
Directions

1Spread half the ladyfingers with preserves.

2Top with remaining halves.

3Line sides and bottom of 5 cup 3-inch deep serving dish with ladyfingers.

4Moisten with sherry (or brandy, etc.).

5Fold whipped cream into eggnog until well blended.

6Pour carefully in center of dish.

7Cover with plastic wrap.

8Chill several hours or overnight.
-
9Garnish with whipped cream, preserves and almonds is additional and optional.

10Makes 6 servings.
