Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- nuts, ground or coconut, flaked
Directions

1In microwave, melt chocolate on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until almost melted.

2Stir after each minute.

3Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted.

4Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.

5Add sugar gradually and beat well.

6Add chocolate and vanilla and blend thoroughly.

7Refrigerate for about 1 hour (one hour only).

8Shape into 1-inch balls.

9Roll into nuts or coconut.

10Store in refrigerator.

11Makes about 5 dozen.
