Easy Vegetable Casserole

- 2 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Durkee French fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley.

2Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

3Combine Velveeta cheese and milk in a small saucepan and heat until melted, stirring constantly.

4Add cream of mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.

5Pour over vegetables.

6Top with French fried onions and bake at 350°, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
