  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 3 oz. linguine
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.

    Saute onion and broccoli in fat. Crumble bacon.
