  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 large bag frozen vegetables (I use 2 lb. bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
  • 1 stick real margarine
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Microwave vegetables and drain.

    Crush crackers and stir them into cooked vegetables in a large baking dish.
  3. 3
    Cut Velveeta into cubes and combine with vegetables.

    Melt margarine and drizzle over top of mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
