Easy Venison Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 venison steaks (boneless), sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 1/2 c. instant stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Remove fat from steaks.

2Brown sausage until crumbly; drain off grease.

3Add stuffing mix and water.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Divide into small portions and place in the middle of steaks.

6Spread stuffing out on steaks.

7Roll steaks.

8Place, seam side down, in a baking pan.

9Sprinkle pepper and paprika.

10Pour soup over roll-ups.

11Bake in a covered pan for 30 minutes at 350° or until meat is tender.

12Serves 4 to 6.
