  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    Mix together in a 2 to 3-quart glass mixing bowl; microwave on High until almost thickened (stirring occasionally).

    Pour into unbaked pie shell; add a pat of butter and cover with top crust. Bake in regular oven at 350° for 30 minutes until crust is browned.
