- 1 c. white flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. buttermilk (from skim)
- 1/2 c. molasses
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Stir in milk and molasses and mix thoroughly.

3Pour into bread pan and let stand for 1 hour.

4Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
