  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 c. buttermilk (from skim)
  • 1/2 c. molasses

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Stir in milk and molasses and mix thoroughly.

    Pour into bread pan and let stand for 1 hour.
