- 3/4 c. warm water (not hot)
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix (Pioneer brand)
- 1 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add biscuit mix and mix well, then knead about 1 minute on a board dusted with biscuit mix (or until smooth).

3Shape into rolls and put on lightly greased baking sheet.

4Cover with damp cloth and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour.

5Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
