Easy Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 stick lite margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 egg (whole), beaten
  • 7 c. flour, sifted

Directions

    Put first 3 ingredients into a mixing bowl.

    Add the boiling water.

    (I use large electric mixer to mix.)

    Mix until melted. Let it cool to warm temperature.
  5. 5
    Add the 3 beaten eggs.

    Mix yeast with sifted flour and add to mixture in mixing bowl. Continue to beat with mixer until well blended.

    Put into a greased bowl.

    Cover with wet towel and put into refrigerator until dough rises (takes about 1 hour).

    Roll out and cut.

    No kneading necessary.

    (Let rise again, takes about 30 minutes.) Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes.
