- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. active yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Beat egg in bowl; add oil.

2In separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

3Add to egg mixture.

4Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well.

5Let rise 1 hour, then make into rolls.

6Place rolls in greased pan.

7Let rolls rise until doubled in size.

8Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
