Easy Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. very warm water (not hot)
  • 2 pkg. active yeast
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. flour or 3 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix water, yeast, eggs, sugar, margarine, 2 1/2 cups flour and salt in mixer.

    Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Stir in other 2 cups flour.

    Cover and let double in bulk.

    Punch gas out. Refrigerate or pinch out and let rise or make crescent rolls. Makes 3 dozen.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Do not overcook.
