Directions

    For the dough mix together water + sugar + butter and boil.

    After it boils add flour and quickly mix with a wooden spoon about 1 minute.

    Take from the gas and let it become cold then one by one add eggs and mix with mixer.

    Make desired forms on the baking pan and put to oven until it rises and becomes red.

    For the creme mix together egg + sugar + flour + water and put to oven on a low fire.

    Mix all the time and when it starts to boil and thicken add butter + vanilla + cinnamon (sticks or powder)
