  • 1 pt. chilled cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice or ReaLemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 bottles (28 oz.) ginger ale, chilled
  • lemon slices
  • 2 ice cube trays (approximately)

Directions

    Mix juices and sugar, pour over ice cubes; add sherbet by spoonful.

    Add ginger ale; mix gently and garnish with lemon slices.

    Serve at once.

    Makes 3 quarts or 24 servings.

    You may add white wine or vodka.
